The project is being built on the site of the former Eastern Slovakian Printing Works near the centre of Košice. Our main mission is to transform this abandoned space into a vibrant residential district, to renew the energy of the place and enrich it with much-needed shops and services. Timeless and unique architecture

The architecture of the WatsoNova project comes from the award-winning Czech architectural studio Kuba Pilař. KOPA Design Studio from Košice contributes with an excellent knowledge of the local environment and needs. The result of this synergy is a project that responds to high quality housing and modern trends while understanding the local environment and the individual needs of future inhabitants.
